The legend continueswith an upgrade. When Tomoegawa Paper Mill ceased production of the much-adored Tomoe River in 2021, pen aficionados feared the worst. Enter Sanzen Paper, based in the historic city of Kanazawa, who not only picked up the mantle but raised the bar. Through meticulous testing and refinement, they’ve ensured this iteration is every bit as exquisiteand arguably more sothan its predecessor.

Beloved by fountain pen users for its whisper-thin profile and uncanny resistance to bleed-through, this A4 paper glides beneath your pen like silk in a spring breeze. Its even compatible with Frixion pens, offering clean erasure without compromising the surface.
