Make bedtime calmer and mornings happier with the Purflo Sleep Trainer & Clock – a clever sleep companion designed to support healthy sleep routines for little ones (and more rest for parents too!).

Using red and blue light technology, this child-friendly clock helps guide your child through sleep and wake times in a gentle, visual way.
What are the different modes of this clock?

• Morning Mode: The clock glows blue, mimicking the morning sky. The blue light helps to naturally encourage wakefulness and boost alertness
• Bedtime Mode: The clock switches to a calming red light. The red light encourages melatonin production (the sleep hormone), helping your little one fall asleep peacefully

With clear icons, adjustable brightness (7 levels), and a simple 12 hour digital clock display, the Purflo Sleep Trainer also helps children learn about time while offering a comforting night light. Fully rechargeable and cordless, its perfect for both home and travel.
Is this a nightlight as well? This device has 7 levels of brightness which means – yes – it can be used as a nightlight. You’ll be sure to find a brightness level to suit, that will provide a reassuring glow without being too bright at bedtime.
Do I need to have this close to a power point? No – not at all. The clock is fully rechargeable and can last up to 7 days on a full charge – WOW! It also means that you can place the clock anywhere in your child’s room (or easily take on holiday) with zero cables hanging about your child’s bed.
Make bedtime smoother and mornings brighter with the Purflo Sleep Trainer & Clock because a well-rested child means well-rested parents!
