Tuscan Blue Rosemary is a bold, upright shrub valued for its clear blue-lilac flowers that appear through the warmer months. The plant features aromatic grey-green foliage that releases a rich fragrance when crushed, making it as useful in the kitchen as it is attractive in the garden. Taller than most varieties of rosemary, Tuscan Blue forms a dense, vertical habit that makes it ideal for hedging, borders, and informal screening. Its tidy structure and evergreen foliage provide year-round interest while also attracting pollinators when in flower.Highly versatile, the fragrant leaves are perfect for enhancing homemade breads, roasted vegetables, barbecued meats, and other savoury dishes. Hardy and easy to grow, Tuscan Blue Rosemary thrives in sunny positions with well-drained soil and is well suited to coastal and Mediterranean-style gardens.
