Pennisetum Red Riding Hood is a hardy, clumping, dwarf perennial grass prized for its abundant, fluffy, arching red-pink plumes that appear from spring through to autumn. The striking flower spikes rise elegantly above rich burgundy-toned foliage, creating a vibrant and long-lasting colour display in the garden. Fast-growing and compact, this variety is ideal for borders, edging, and small garden spaces, and performs beautifully in containers. Its dense clumping habit also makes it useful for erosion control on embankments.
