The ordinary bookmark has one job and a habit of abandoning it, usually by sliding out somewhere between the bus and the sofa. The Nakabayashi PATAP Silicone Bookmark Clip takes a different approach. You clip it to the back cover of your book or notebook, rest its soft silicone arm across the page, and every time you turn a page it flips over with you, “pata pata”, to hold your place.

The arm is transparent, so it sits on top of your words without hiding a single one, and it is flexible and gently grippy rather than stiff. When you are writing rather than reading, the clip also doubles as a pen holder for your notebook. It won a 2025 Stationery Girls Expo Award in Japan, which, given the competition, is no small compliment.

Choose crystal Clear, a cool Clear Blue or a sunny Clear Yellow.

Clever Details That Count:

• It Turns the Page With You: The silicone arm moves to each new page as you read, so you never hunt for where you left off.
• Nothing Hidden: The clear arm lets you read and write straight through it, so it never covers the line you need.
• Impossible to Lose: Clipped firmly to the cover, it stays with your book, and the clip holds a pen while you work.
