min perhonen creates timeless, all-original garment textiles that are specially dyed, embroidered, and woven to recreate hand-drawn designs.

Huts that create a forest; in the htte design, the houses we live in are lined up like trees in the forest.

The material is high-density cotton that is moderately firm and smooth to the touch. The colours and line drawings are beautifully printed. The background colour is green, creating a bright finish.

The butterfly-stopper pen holders and cover interior are bright beige. Two dotted lace bookmarks are attached.

min perhonen is a brand created by designer Akira Minagawa.
First founded in 1995 under the name min, and renamed min perhonen in 2003. In Finnish, min means I, and perhonen means butterfly, expressing Minagawas hopes to create designs as light-hearted and beautiful as a butterflys flapping wings.
