The Hightide Nhe General Purpose Case A6 is a clear-fronted PVC case with gusseted sides, an inner divider pocket and a slip pocket on the back. It measures 17.7 13cm, expands to 2.3cm deep and is the sort of case that turns up in desk drawers, carry-on bags and glove boxes alike.

The PVC is firm but flexible, with a smooth surface that wipes clean in a second. Because the front is clear, you see the charger, the pens or the plasters before you open it, which removes most of the reason for rummaging. Nhe is German for “near”, and the case rather lives up to the name.

Thoughtfully Designed For Everyday Carry

• No more rummaging: You spot what you need through the front and go straight to it.
• Room that adapts: The gusset takes a bulky cable one week and a handful of pens the next without bulging.
• Small things stay put: Cards, tickets and spare leads always have their own pocket, so they never sink to the bottom.
