It is the 71st Quarterly Edition from the Chicago outfit, and its subject is the paleta the fruit-filled ice on a stick sold from carts and paleteras across the city’s Mexican-American neighbourhoods. Nine flavours run across three separate 3-Packs. Every word, cover to colophon, is in Spanish; these are Notas de Campo, and they make no apology for it.
