A rich dark fast-growing shrub, Buddleja Royal Red is loaded with vibrant purple-pink-red honey-scented flowers from summer to autumn. Butterflies can’t resist them, birds and bees will pay a visit to feed on the nectar too! Plant this beautiful shrub in cottage gardens, wildlife gardens, and in mixed beds. Prune hard after flowering in frost-free areas or in spring in cold ones to maintain compact growth and heavier flowering. Fertilise in spring using a slow-release fertiliser, and give an extra boost during the summer heat using eco-seaweed.

Soil: Well-drained soil.
Conditions: Plant in full sun to partly shaded position in the garden. Frost, drought and coastal tolerant.
Size: Height 4m x width 2m
