A staple of Hobonichis techo lineup, the Colors series is available in a variety of solid colours and features butterfly-stopper pen holders. Weve implemented many improvements over the years in response to customer input, making the Colors series one of our most user-friendly options.

Wrapped in a refreshing turquoise green paired with a deep red-brown, this cover was designed to evoke a quiet forest. The colouring reminiscent of the crisp, fresh scent of cedarwood brings with it an intellectual air and moments of calm.

The covers high-quality polyester material gives it its sturdy feel and subtle shine. Its durable enough to last a long time but light enough to carry with you everywhere.

The butterfly-stopper type covers feature pen holders designed like a hinge. You can keep a pen inserted through the two loops to prevent the cover from opening when its inside your bag.

The cover contains two bookmarks, one with a rectangular charm and another with a triangular one, so you can keep your place at two different points that you often flip to.

Sold separately is the Cover on Cover. In addition to protecting your cover from wear and tear, the Cover on Cover is a great place to store postcards, pictures, and other decorations to customise your cover at any time. We also offer illustrated versions, allowing you to enjoy a variety of fun looks by mixing and matching the printed patterns with the colour of your cover.

What Makes It Work So Well

• A small forest in your bag: Cool turquoise green meets a deep russet red-brown, a pairing that suggests damp bark and clear air rather than anything that shouts for attention.
• Sturdy, and light with it: The polyester feels crisp and faintly glossy against your palm, and it takes a full year of daily handling without ever looking tired.
• Nothing falls open: The butterfly-stopper pen holders grip your pen through two loops, so the cover stays closed in transit and all your bookmarks stay exactly where you left them.
